Voor kopers binnen de EU wordt een borg gevraagd die gelijk is aan de BPM. De Rest-BPM wordt na de correcte registratie van het voertuig in het vestigingsland binnen de EU per bank aan de koper teruggestort.

Für Käufer innerhalb der EU ist eine Anzahlung in Höhe der BPM erforderlich. Die restlichen BPM werden dem Käufer nach der korrekten Zulassung des Fahrzeugs im Wohnsitzland innerhalb der EU per Bank zurückerstattet.
