Autotransporter truck combinations

A car transporter truck can transport several cars, commercial vehicles or tractors. The combination consists of a towing unit and a trailer that is suitable for transporting vehicles. 

Single and double deck trailers

The trailer of an autotransporter combination can consist of several decks / floors. The car transporter semi-trailers with a double deck can transport more vehicles at a time. The autotransporter trailers with a single deck have the advantage of being able to carry larger / higher vehicles. 
For transporting heavy equipment, low loaders , semi low loaders or drive-up trucks are usually used. Drive-up trucks are equipped with a sloping plateau on which ramps are attached so that the vehicle can drive itself on them.
